ARE YOU INSURED AND BONDED?
All Glad Wags sitters are insured and bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas. Our current policies are always uploaded and available for review on the client portal.
DO YOU DO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THE SITTERS?
All sitters have had a County, multi-State and Federal criminal background check conducted through ACUTRAQ Background Screening.
WHY HIRE YOUR COMPANY OVER AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WORKS SOLO AND MAY CHARGE LESS?
We are a professional pet sitting company. We provide dedicated, reliable pet sitters who are not only knowledgeable, but insured, bonded, and criminal background checked.
At Glad Wags, you can depend on a “team” to cover your requests year round, even last minute requests. Glad Wags management provides year-round field support to sitters while they conduct their visits.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We provide pet care services 365 days a year (including nights, weekends, and all major holidays). Dog walking and pet visits are conducted daily between 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
WHAT TYPES OF PETS DO YOU CARE FOR?
We care for dogs, cats, birds, turtles, reptiles, aquariums, and small animals (i.e. hedgehogs, guinea pigs & rabbits).
IS THERE A COST FOR MULTIPLE PETS?
No, we do not apply an extra fee for additional pets. We only require adequate time to successfully care for the needs of each pet in your household.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT THE SITTER WAS AT MY HOUSE?
We use an online pet sitting software and mobile app called, Time To Pet. Through the mobile app, sitters are able to send real-time visit report cards at the end of the visit. Clients who have downloaded the free mobile app, will see the report immediately. An emailed copy of the report is available at the end of the visit as well.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE “TIME TO PET” PORTAL?
Yes. It is the hub of everything we do. You may schedule/reschedule visits, make reservations for a trip, view and reply to visit reports, update your pet information, pay invoices by credit card and more.

HOW DO I PAY?
Invoices are sent to all clients through the Time To Pet portal prior to services being rendered. The client may elect to pay on-line by credit or debit card, echeck, Zelle payment, or leave cash/check at the location.
SHOULD I TIP THE SITTER?
Tips are appreciated, but never expected. If you feel the sitter has gone above and beyond while caring for your pet, feel free to leave a tip at the location or via credit or debit card, as well as Zelle.
