“From my first meeting with Chris, the owner of Glad Wags, I knew that my senior pomeranian, Tico, was in good care! If you treat your furry loved ones, like family then you shouldn’t settle for less than the professional service of Glad Wags. She met with me at my home to meet Tico, we went for a walk with him because I wanted her to see his little quirks when he’s outside. Then she went through all of her policies, she took all of his information — vet name, how he ate, the food, the meds, treats...you name it! She left no stone unturned! I knew that Tico would be in fabulous care with her sitters that are all background checked. Once you are a client, you have access to her awesome app to book your services, pay bills and communicate with her & sitters. Each time they come for a session, they immediately send you a “report” with how Tico was, if he ate, how the walk went, if they gave him a treat, etc. They also send pictures which makes you feel like you’re right there with them! We also had an awesome experience when we had to do long term sitting over a weekend. The reports & communication all weekend made us feel so comfortable. I literally can not say enough good things about how professionals, reliable and fabulous Chris & her staff are. Her rates are more than fair for the services she provides and she insured which is a plus because the high school neighbor that you may hire sure doesn’t have that level of security! “Glad Wags is the greatest! My husband and I had been looking for pet sitters for our large dog and 3 rescue cats, and Chris and her crew were the perfect find! Each of the pet sitters are very professional and always smiling, and have bonded with our fur babies and provide excellent care! They have a “move-in” service which is great for us traveling to see our grandkids, and we trust the sitters completely. Our dog is older and takes some meds and needs walked every day, and the cats need attention too, but the sitters do it all! They even provide pictures and email reports every day while we are away. One thing that sets them apart from others (at least to me) was the initial assessment and meeting. Chris and one of her staff members came to us to meet us and our pets. They updated us with how things were going via the app/portal and our pets loved being taken care of at home (we either try to take our dogs when traveling to avoid boarding at the vet). Our dogs absolutely adore the Glad Wags team. Glad Wags has been amazing about scheduling and very receptive and responsive to all communication. They use an online portal and/or an app to communicate, schedule, invoice, etc. It really makes the entire process super easy. as well as professional.
